Your role
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and making technology actually work? As a Technical Data Consultant, you are the go-to person ensuring both our client environments and internal IT landscape run smoothly. You combine hands-on technical support, cloud technologies, and user interaction in a role with real impact.
You act as a trusted partner—to clients for their data platforms and to colleagues as the internal IT SPOC . If you like variety, ownership, and seeing the direct result of your work, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Client Environment Support
- Keep modern data platforms up and running (Qlik, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric…)
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless performance
- Handle access management, configurations, and documentation
- Work directly with clients and be their reliable technical contact
- Collaborate with experienced consultants and grow your expertise
Internal IT Ownership (Your Playground)
- Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal IT
- Provide hands-on support to colleagues
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops and workstations
- Manage users, access rights, and onboarding/offboarding flows
- Own and optimize the Microsoft ecosystem (O365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Work with Azure for identity and environment management
- Improve internal tools, automate where possible, and make things smarter
- Take initiative to fix what’s broken—even before people notice
Who you are
- You enjoy support roles but want more than just ticket handling
- You’re hands-on, structured, and solution-driven
- You take ownership: if something is yours, it gets done
- You’re perseverant—you don’t drop issues halfway
- You’re proactive: you see improvements and act on them
- You like interacting with people and making their day easier
- You have an interest in IT, cloud, or data technologies
- Bonus: familiarity with Microsoft stack (O365, SharePoint, Azure)
- Good knowledge of French/Dutch and English
Why this role is different
- Not just support: you build, improve, and own
- Mix of internal IT client-facing work (no monotony)
- Real growth path into cloud & data engineering
- Modern tech stack, not legacy firefighting
- Freedom to take initiative and make a visible impact
What you get
- A strong learning path in cloud & data technologies
- Coaching and exposure to modern platforms (Azure, Fabric, etc.)
- A role where your work is visible and appreciated
- A collaborative environment where ownership is encouraged
- The chance to grow from support into a technical expert role
