Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Data Center Technician to help maintain its global cloud infrastructure. You will perform server rack installations, hardware diagnostics, and network troubleshooting to keep services available 24/7.

This on-site role requires travel between data center locations, working shifts including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. You will join a diverse team and contribute to safety, documentation, and on-call incident response.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and change management.
• Contribute to documentation and onboarding of new team members.
