Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Infra Delivery Install Technicians to move and install large enterprise equipment across data centers, and to install fiber and copper cabling with proper safety standards. You will follow established installation procedures and participate in break-fix activities as needed.

Travel to various data center locations is required. The role demands lifting, 24/7 operations, and working in challenging environments while providing after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center or critical environment roles such as Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, or Data Center Operations.
• 2+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment experience (VFL, power meter, OTDR).
• Experience with copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers.

Responsibilities

• Move and install large enterprise equipment across data centers.
• Install fiber and copper cabling, and patch between equipment.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
