The role focuses on scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms that consolidate data from multiple sources and turn it into actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making. You will mentor junior staff, define data standards, and stay ahead of emerging data technologies to continually improve data capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems; 8+ years experience in IT (5+ in data architecture)
• 8+ years IT experience including data architecture, data engineering or similar
• Hands-on with Azure services: ADF, Synapse, Databricks
• Proven large-scale data solution delivery
• Data modeling for OLTP/OLAP; knowledge of Data Lake/Datamesh concepts
• Strong data governance, security practices, and cloud familiarity
• Experience with data profiling, cataloging, and up-to-date data dictionaries
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive data strategy with senior leadership
