Qualifications

• 5+ years in data management and data architecture across on-prem and cloud.
• Experience with data integration, quality, and delivery.
• "Proficient in SQL and Python."
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and real-time data streams.
• Familiar with data governance including MDM, security, privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and advocate data management technologies to close gaps to future state.
• Deliver strategic plans for data integration, quality, and delivery.
• Articulate architectural trade-offs and ensure requirements are met.
• Develop staff through teaching and influencing soft skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize data value across the organization.
• Drive innovative technology solutions with thought leadership on emerging trends.
• Share project solutions to improve future delivery.
• Partner with CapTech business development to propose solutions and estimate work plans.
