Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking passionate Software Development Engineers to build the next generation contact center in the cloud.

You will own end-to-end software from design to deployment, working with senior technical leaders within AWS to deliver scalable, resilient systems that solve real customer problems. The team values a customer‑oriented mindset and the ability to operate across the stack with modern web technologies, NoSQL databases, AI/ML, and big data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end‑to‑end software from design to development.
• Collaborate with senior technical leaders across AWS to build scalable solutions.
