Oracle Corporation in the United States seeks a seasoned functional consultant to lead complex ERP/Cloud transformation engagements. You will provide solution leadership to project teams and own the design and implementation aspects within time and budget constraints.

You will analyze business needs, influence customer leadership, mentor teams, and help pursue new opportunities while resolving sophisticated issues and guiding data conversion efforts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of functional consulting experience.
• Experience leading or managing teams.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud: General Ledger, Financial Reporting Studio, Smartview, Subledger Accounting, Accounting Hub Cloud.
• 5-10 years/solid overall Record to Report process implementation experience.
• Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

• Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
• Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

• Proven experience relevant to this position including a minimum of 10 years of functional consulting experience

• Prior team leadership or management experience preferred

• Business process experience in the following areas:

  • Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting Studio, Smartview, Subledger Accounting, Accounting Hub Cloud.

  • 5-10 years/solid overall Record to Report process implementation experience.

  • Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops.

  • Ability to manage complex data conversion cycles and explain best practices in migrating historical account balances.

• Holds BS in Accounting or related field OR equivalent experience

• CPA is a plus

• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Ability to travel up to 30%, when required
