EXPANSIA, a service-disabled veteran-owned company, is seeking a Collaboration Services Engineer II to support cloud-based systems and collaboration tools. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and offers a hybrid schedule across San Antonio, Rome, and Langley AFB, 2–3 days in SCIF per week.

The position provides a salary range of $97,360–$115,430 with benefits, learning opportunities, and a focus on cloud-enabled delivery models for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Intelligence/Analytics/IT or similar with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Bash and Python scripting.
• Certifications in Cloud/Security such as CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Security+, GICSP, SSCP, or GSEC.

Responsibilities

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI
• Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Intelligence/Analytics/IT or Similar Discipline with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience administrating Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Security+, GICSP, SSCP, or GSEC.
• Knowledge of cloud computing principles and security controls.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
