Job summary

EXPANSIA is seeking a Collaboration Services Engineer II to support cloud-based systems and collaboration tools. Under minimal supervision, you will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud environments and related tools while developing foundational cloud skills in a team setting supporting mission-critical systems.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Intelligence/Analytics/IT or related field with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience administering Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Security+, GICSP, SSCP, or GSEC are preferred.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, security controls, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud-based systems and collaboration tools per documented procedures.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud environments.
• Assist in implementing IaC and containerization solutions.
• Contribute to mission-critical systems within a team-oriented environment.
• Follow security and configuration management practices.
