Job summary

Asterism IT Solutions in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support a multiyear modernization effort. You will analyze processes, document requirements, and translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, testers, and product owners to create test plans, coordinate UAT, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience creating test cases, test plans, and testing instructions.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar work-item tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state business processes and requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items.
• Create process maps, swimlanes, and workflow documentation.
• Support functional testing and coordinate UAT sessions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Document defects and track resolution through testing.
