Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Manager, Cloud Architecture to translate cloud and infrastructure strategy into disciplined execution. You will lead engineers across cloud, identity, and networks, owning operations, cost governance, and security for on-prem and cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cloud infra with leadership, Azure proficiency, and a proven ability to drive reliability, DR readiness, and automation while communicating clearly to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or network engineering with 2+ in leadership.
• Strong hands-on Azure experience across compute, storage, networking and identity.
• Experience managing IAM, SSO, MFA, and privileged access controls.
• Knowledge of virtualization, storage, data center infra, and DR planning.
• Understanding of networking concepts, cloud connectivity, security architectures.
• Experience with cloud cost management, tagging, and optimization.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate tech to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate cloud and infrastructure strategy into day-to-day execution.
• Lead a team of systems, network, and identity engineers for reliability and security.
• Oversee cloud operations, cost management, governance, and SLAs.
