Ladders is seeking a Solution Architect to join our team as a remote, US-based pre-sales technical leader. You will translate technical capabilities into business value, shape solution strategy, and guide customers through thoughtful design across complex environments.

You will partner with sales and engineering, become a trusted adviser, deliver value-driven architectures, and travel as needed to engage with customers.

Qualificações

• Experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar role.
• Deep experience in multiple product verticals or related competitive products.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of developing relationships at various organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role is focused on pre‑sales technical leadership, helping shape solution strategy and architecture for complex customer environments. The Solution Architect will serve as a trusted advisor, translating technical capabilities into business value and guiding customers through thoughtful solution design. This position partners closely with sales, technical teams, and industry experts to support customer engagements and build credibility with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $181,090 – $289,630 annually
