Job summary

Persistent is seeking a Cloud/Platform Architect in Cambridge, MA to lead end-to-end AWS platform delivery with multi-environment design (DEV/TEST/PROD/DR) using Terraform modularization and GitOps practices. You will define the platform blueprint for compute, storage, networking, identity, CI/CD, observability, DR, and operational readiness, ensuring regulated readiness for pharma/Biostatistics workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery governance for a regulated AWS platform.
• Define platform blueprint for compute, storage, networking, identity, CI/CD, observability, DR, and operational readiness.
• Architect AWS VPC design with isolation and EKS with Helm-based deployment.
• Define data services architecture using RDS PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Establish IaC standards: Terraform modules, remote state, and GitOps governance.
