Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive cloud and infrastructure transformation for enterprise clients. The role spans strategy, architecture, and execution across cloud, infrastructure, security, applications, and emerging AI platforms.

You will collaborate with SMEs across disciplines to align business outcomes with secure, scalable architectures. Strong systems thinking, client advisory experience, and the ability to translate business goals into robust IT

Qualifications

• 15+ years in total IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise/solution/infrastructure architecture, focused on cloud
• Experience in a systems integrator, consulting, or managed services firm
• Hands-on exposure to cloud migrations, modernization, and infrastructure operations
• Experience with large, complex, regulated, or global enterprises
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-influence capability

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide architecture for cloud, infrastructure, and platform modernization programs
• Architect solutions for hybrid, multi-cloud, secure-by-design, and resilient environments
• Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud and security teams for solution development, owning overall direction and outcomes
• Provide architectural guidance for AI / GenAI enablement and data platforms
• Act as a trusted advisor to CIO, CTO, CISO, and enterprise stakeholders
• Support pre-sales, RFPs, and proactive solutioning
• Mentor solution and domain architects; contribute to reference architectures and IP

Role Summary:

Seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to drive cloud and infrastructure transformation for enterprise clients. The role spans strategy, architecture, and execution alignment across cloud, infrastructure, security, applications, and emerging AI platforms. The role would entail working with SMEs across multiple technology disciplines in a collaborative manner to achieve broader client objectives.

This position requires strong systems thinking, client advisory experience, and the ability to translate business outcomes into secure, scalable, and operable architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise‑wide architecture for cloud, infrastructure, and platform modernization programs
• Architect solutions for hybrid, multi‑cloud, secure‑by‑design, and resilient environments
• Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud and security teams for solution development, owning overall direction and outcomes.
• Provide architectural guidance for AI / GenAI enablement and data platforms

Experience & Skills:
