Job summary

Slalom, LLC in Boston is seeking Senior Consultants or Principal level professionals to design, develop and implement cloud platform solutions across industries. You will architect, build, and optimize platforms across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud while driving modernization initiatives.

You will create IaC and automation with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible; define CI/CD pipelines; strengthen observability and security; and mentor teams in DevOps and platform engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud platforms in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in DevOps, IaC with Terraform, CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation using Python.
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, monitoring, reliability engineering, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate your work.
• Consulting mindset with strong problem-solving, collaboration, and client engagement skills.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

• The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant in NY, Boston is $145,000 to $177,000.
• The target salary pay range for other markets on the east is $133,000-$163,000.
• The target base pay range for Principal level in NY/Boston is $178,000-$218,000.
• The target base pay range for other east coast markets is $163,000-$200,000.
• In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
