Job summary

Slalom is seeking Senior Consultants or Principal level talent for its Platform Engineering team to design, develop, and implement cloud platform solutions for diverse clients. You will architect and optimize platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP, build Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with security, architecture, and application teams to accelerate delivery.

• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud platforms in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in DevOps, IaC with Terraform, CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Python scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, monitoring, reliability engineering, and governance.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate work.
• Consulting mindset with strong problem solving and client engagement skills.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant in NY, Boston is $145,000 to $177,000. The target salary pay range for other markets on the east is $133,000-$163,000. The target base pay range for Principal level in NY/Boston is $178,000-$218,000. The target base pay range for other east coast markets is $163,000-$200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
