Qualifications

• Two years' experience supporting complex software systems in the financial industry.
• Hands-on technical abilities including SQL and programming/debugging.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of AQR’s Applications products.
• Manage user expectations and ensure satisfaction with AQR products.
• Act as a user advocate to Project Management and Development.
• Diagnose complex system issues and collaborate across teams.
• Participate in on-call production support rotations.
