Job summary

AHEAD is hiring a Principal Technical Consultant to lead security engagements across cloud, application security, and DevSecOps. You will guide sessions, shape secure architectures, and mentor teams while collaborating with sales and practice development to expand offerings.

Candidate will drive client discovery, create threat models, and oversee delivery across multiple engagements with remote collaboration when needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNAPP tooling and cloud security.
• Experience with DevSecOps and secure coding practices.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading client engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and planning workshops for service engagements.
• Deliver project objectives, gather requirements, and track milestones.
• Create and finalize project deliverables with peer review.
• Present artifacts to project teams and executives.
• Develop secure cloud SDLC controls and threat modeling workshops.
• Support business development with client discovery and proposals.
