Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years IT experience or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in Solution Architecture or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong software engineering background with scalable, secure solutions.
• Experience with AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern solution architectures, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and technology designs across related projects.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Capability Leads, external partners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Provide architecture leadership across the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Lead architecture reviews, maintain architecture documentation, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, data privacy, and quality standards.
• Drive architectural consistency across cloud platforms, integrations, and downstream applications.
• Identify technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies
