Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a Director, Patient Support Insights and Analytics to lead strategy and execution across patient support programs, coordinating with Access Solutions, Trade, Brand, Medicine Analytics & Insights, Go To Market and IT.

This on-site role with hybrid flexibility (2–3 days on-site) requires a BA/BS and 10+ years in pharma, including leadership, data analytics and vendor management. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant sector, related market access, patients services, quality & assurance monitoring, vendor management.
• Two plus years direct people leadership and/or four plus years leading cross functional teams.
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional, transformational change projects.
• Experience influencing senior organizational leadership.
• In depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• In depth knowledge of patient services program data (hub, affordability programs).
• Expertise in data analysis and reporting in Excel.
• Experience in Patient Services, Specialty Pharmacy operations and HUB management services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategy and pull through for operations, platforms, and data across all patient support programs.
• Oversee US Patient Services governance; manage vendors, train on BI policies, and lead governance committees.
• Develop metrics, SLAs & KPIs to measure quality and performance across programs.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy in collaboration with the data privacy team.
• Lead a team to manage quality, compliance, and performance across cross-functional teams and vendors.
