Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Ridgefield, CT is seeking an AD, Data Governance to lead governance and oversight of de-identified patient data and platforms. You will coordinate data ingestion, validation, and quality workflows and act as a central liaison among analytics, IT, privacy and external data partners.

The role requires guiding use-case reviews to ensure governance and regulatory compliance while enabling timely analytics for our brands. On-site with hybrid flexibility 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven years in pharma with five years of secondary data analytics.
• Master's degree and five years of pharma experience with five years of secondary data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and influencing abilities.
• Ability to manage large vendor relationships and data pricing negotiations.
• Six plus years of project management experience.
• Identify new data sources and ensure responsible third-party data usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and oversight of de-identified patient data and platforms.
• Manage data ingestion, validation, and quality workflows with governance controls.
• Coordinate RR D assessments and ensure required remediations.
• Serve as liaison between analytics, IT, privacy, compliance and data partners.
• Guide use-case reviews and approval processes for data access.
• Manage linked data processes in the data warehouse.
