The Cloud Application Analyst is responsible for the technical support, configuration, testing, change promotion, release readiness, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management product suite. This role supports day‑to‑day cloud application stability, resolves production issues, builds and configures system functionality, validates enhancements, promotes approved changes across environments, and supports the technical readiness process for Oracle quarterly releases.
The position is less focused on broad business analysis and more focused on hands‑on SaaS application support, security and role troubleshooting, configuration management, data‑load validation, integration support, reporting support, release testing, and controlled movement of changes through non‑production and production environments.
