Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an applicable technology field.
• Minimum 2 years of pre-sales engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution discussions, both virtually and on-site.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical proposals and solution designs.
• Provide architectural oversight for large and complex infrastructure, cloud, storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud projects.
• Support project startup, implementation, and post-sales technical activities to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and promote managed services opportunities, including infrastructure monitoring, element management, SIEM/SOC, managed VoIP, and cloud VoIP solutions.
• Design and evaluate on-premises, public cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud architectures.
• Perform infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, cost estimation, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOM), technical proposals, and system designs aligned with customer requirements.
• Support cloud migration assessments, disaster recovery planning, backup solutions, and data protection strategies.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with security, compliance, performance, availability, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure technical alignment and successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution discussions, both virtually and on-site.

Required Technical Skills

• Server and Virtualization: Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, KVM, and Proxmox.
• Containers and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Rancher.
• Storage and Data Protection: SAN, NAS, object storage, Dell PowerStore/PowerMax, NetApp, Pure Storage, HPE Nimble/Alletra, Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity, and Commvault.
• Public Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda), Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, VNet, Entra ID), and Google Cloud Platform.
• Hybrid and Multi-Cloud: Azure Stack HCI, AWS Outposts, Google Anthos, Nutanix, cloud migration, cloud cost governance, and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS).
• Data Center Networking: Spine-leaf architecture, top-of-rack switching, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, Arista CloudVision, and data center interconnect.
• Security and Compliance: IAM/RBAC, encryption, microsegmentation, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and FedRAMP, where applicable.
• Infrastructure Automation and Monitoring: Terraform, Ansible, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, Datadog, SolarWinds, native cloud monitoring, and ServiceNow/CMDB integration.
• Solution Design: Technical presentations, proposal development, BOM preparation, infrastructure sizing, cost estimation, TCO/ROI analysis, and customer requirement gathering.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an applicable technology field.
• Minimum 2 years of pre-sales engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale infrastructure or cloud solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures and cost-effective solutions.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required and continuously learn new technologies.
