Job summary
The Intersect Group is seeking a proactive Business Systems Administrator to manage and optimize key platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and related tools. You will support onboarding, user administration, and documentation while partnering with automation and engineering teams to drive efficiency.
In this role, you’ll ensure platform governance, resolve issues, and translate business needs into effective configurations, delivering scalable IT operations for both
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field; or equivalent mix of education and certs.
- 4+ years administering business systems, cloud platforms, or IT ops environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environments including user admin and licensing.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID administration.
- Experience with Datto RMM, IT Glue, Autotask or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and improve business platforms across IT and client services.
- Handle user provisioning, access requests, licensing, and config changes.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendors and teams.
- Support client onboarding and deployment activities per standards.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate on automation and process-improvement initiatives.
