Job summary

Corsica Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Administrator to join the AI Innovation & Automation team. This role will administer, support, and improve key business platforms to enable internal operations and client service delivery.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and related tools, collaborating across teams to standardize processes, onboard clients, document configurations, and drive automation initiatives that enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, IS, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience administering business systems / IT ops.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments (user admin & licensing).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID administration.
• Experience with Datto RMM, IT Glue, Autotask or similar platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting business apps, cloud platforms, and integrations.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Experience in managed services or IT services environments.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support business-critical systems including M365, Azure, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, Datto RMM, IT Glue, Autotask.
• Manage user provisioning, access requests, licensing, permissions, and platform configuration changes.
• Serve as a technical resource for platform users and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot platform, application, and user administration issues affecting operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients on performance and issues.
• Support platform governance, standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Coordinate and execute client onboarding activities within supported systems.
• Configure client environments per established standards and procedures.
• Develop and maintain onboarding standards, documentation, and procedures.
