Otava is seeking a Cloud Administrator in Michigan to provide a white-glove Otava Cloud experience. You will manage Windows and Linux servers, backups, patching, imaging, permissions, and related enterprise IT tasks in a hybrid cloud environment.

You will collaborate with engineers on migrations, document solutions, and support after-hours maintenance and on-call incidents. A 5+ year background in VMware/vSphere and cloud environments, plus strong communication skills, is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an enterprise IT or managed services role.
• 5+ years’ experience with VMware, vSphere, and cloud environments.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong client communication and on-call availability.

Aufgaben

• Provide a collaborative, client-first support experience for Otava Cloud operations.
• Troubleshoot backups, DR, patching, and security issues across environments.
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture changes or migration projects.
• Document solutions and update internal procedures and knowledge base.
• Support after-hours maintenance and on-call incidents as required.
• Assist with infrastructure tasks and process improvements across teams.
