Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced AEM engineer to lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager deployments in a cloud/enterprise setting.

You will handle end-to-end content lifecycle, publishing workflows, REST API integrations, and migrations across CMS platforms, while collaborating with DevOps to implement robust pipelines and monitoring. Strong Linux/Apache skills and LDAP/AEM security experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6 years of software engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years in AEM 6.x and 2 years in AEM as Cloud Service
• Strong experience with AEM DAM and Workflows and broad familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud product suite
• End-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, publishing deployment and delivery processes
• Hands-on AEM Admin tasks including configuring AEM Author/Publish/dispatcher and auditing
• Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and reading thread/heap dumps in AEM environments
• Publishing content via REST APIs and evolving APIs with minimal disruption to consumers
• Content migration between CMS solutions and versions, content mapping and cutover considerations
• Version control familiarity (SVN/TFSGIT/Git) and setting up DevOps pipelines in Cloud Manager
• AEM administration activities such as user permissions, LDAP sync, and dispatcher setup
• Experience with Apache Web Server and Linux server environments
• Ability to script repeatable activities across AEM environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain AEM implementations with emphasis on performance and reliability
• Configure and manage AEM Author/Publish/Dispatcher environments and audit reporting

• Assist in content migrations and version upgrades across CMS platforms
• Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines and cloud manager configurations
• Troubleshoot AEM issues, analyze heap/thread dumps, and optimize performance
• Configure LDAP synchronization and access controls for teams
• Work with web services integration and site architecture planning

• 6 Years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years with AEM 6.x and 2 years in AEM as Cloud Service
• Strong experience with AEM DAM and Workflows, thorough knowledge with implementing Web Content Authoring, Production, Configuration, Publishing, site architecture, integration with Web services (SOAP and REST)Strong command of AEM capabilities, and broad familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud product suite
• Thorough exposure of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing deployment and delivery processes
• Hands on experience in AEM Admin tasks, including Configuring AEM Author, Publish and dispatcher Mode, creation of audit reports and configuration AEM in http request
• Experience with maintaining an AEM implementation, specifically around performance tuning, debugging and fixing issues, taking and understanding thread and heap dumps, knowledge of various AEM admin consoles.
• Experience with publishing content via REST APIs, and evolving APIs whilst minimizing disruption to API consumers
• Experienced in migrating content from one CMS solution to another, and from lower to higher versions within a given solution.
• Experienced in solving for content mapping, content integrity, cutover mechanics, namespace issues, etc.
• Good understanding about version control (SVNTFSGIT)Ability to configure GIT, build new Devops Pipeline in Cloud manager
• Knowledge on the Adobe Experience Manager administration activities such as User permissions creations with LDAP synchronization, sling setting status, creation of audit reports, dispatcher setup, code and configuration management and others.
• Setup and maintain administration activities such as workflows, publishing permissions, roles, templates and components
• Experience with Apache Web Server configurations.
• Experience with Linux server environments.
• Ability to script activities that is repeatable across AEM environments.
