Job Description

• 6 Years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years with AEM 6.x and 2 years in AEM as Cloud Service
• Strong experience with AEM DAM and Workflows, and thorough knowledge of implementing Web Content Authoring, Production, Configuration, Publishing, site architecture, and integration with Web services (SOAP and REST)
• Strong command of AEM capabilities, and broad familiarity with the Adobe Marketing Cloud product suite
• Thorough exposure of the end‑to‑end content lifecycle, web content management, and content publishing, deployment and delivery processes
• Hands‑on experience in AEM Admin tasks, including configuring AEM Author, Publish and dispatcher modes, creating audit reports, and configuring AEM in HTTP requests
• Experience with maintaining an AEM implementation, specifically around performance tuning, debugging, fixing issues, analyzing thread and heap dumps, and knowledge of various AEM admin consoles
• Experience with publishing content via REST APIs and evolving APIs while minimizing disruption to API consumers
• Experienced in migrating content from one CMS solution to another, and from lower to higher versions within the same solution
• Experienced in solving for content mapping, content integrity, cutover mechanics, namespace issues, etc.
• Good understanding of version control (SVN, TFSGIT); ability to configure GIT and build a new DevOps pipeline in Cloud Manager
• Knowledge of AEM administration activities such as user permission creation with LDAP synchronization, sling setting status, audit report creation, dispatcher setup, code and configuration management, and related tasks
• Setup and maintenance of administration activities such as workflows, publishing permissions, roles, templates, and components
• Experience with Apache Web Server configurations
• Experience with Linux server environments
• Ability to script activities that are repeatable across AEM environments
