Clark Wood is working with a well-established accountancy practice in the North West to recruit a Cloud Accounting Semi-Senior to join its growing team in Blackburn. This role is ideal for someone with at least three years’ accountancy practice experience who wants to deepen their cloud accounting expertise, work with Xero and QuickBooks Online, and progress their career within a leading regional firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' accountancy practice experience.
• Studying ACA/ACCA or holding a relevant qualification.
• Good knowledge of Xero and Dext.

Responsibilities

• Preparing bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts and year-end accounts.
• Preparing corporation tax returns.
• Using cloud accounting software, primarily Xero and QuickBooks Online.
• Supporting cloud conversions, software training and process improvements.
• Building strong client relationships and providing excellent service.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Travel between Blackburn and Bury offices will be required.

The Role

About You
