Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter in Little Rock, AR. The role focuses on processing apparel shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining orderly backrooms according to Visual Merchandising standards.

You will use System Two, RF/Gizmo devices, and the POS system, while delivering friendly service to guests and collaborating with management and outfitters. This is a full-time, on-site position with store-wide benefits.

• Review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor

Responsabilités

• Process apparel merchandise at time of receipt and stock on the sales floor
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards
• Unload trucks as needed and assist with pricing maintenance and signage
• Keep backroom clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Maintain organized backstock and accessible inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience

***POSITION SUMMARY:*** The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50%* Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10%* Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10%* Unloads trucks as needed. 10%* Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5%* Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5%* Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5%* Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5%* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED***EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:**** Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent* Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent* Certificate(s) or License(s): N/A* Years of experience: 0***KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:**** Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system.* Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.* Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.* Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.***TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:***N/A***PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:***Regularly walks, stands, and does computer work.Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.Seldom/Never sits.
