Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rapid City, SD is seeking a part-time Clothing Processing Associate to manage apparel merchandise from receipt to backstock and floor stocking. You will use inventory and POS systems to keep stock accurate and help customers with friendly service.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishing the floor, pricing maintenance, unloading trucks as needed, and maintaining clean, organized backrooms. Previous retail experience is helpful; a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices (System Two, RF/Gizmo, POS).
• Ability to process and organize information per plan-o-grams, visual guides and merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reports to fill the sales floor efficiently.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner with customers and outfitters.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel shipments at receipt following Visual Merchandising & MPS standards.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Remain aware of advertised sales to support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise is organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
