Job summary

D&B Supply is seeking an on-site Retail Associate to help customers on the sales floor, stock merchandise, and assist in restocking and store displays. The role focuses on clothing, footwear and accessories with emphasis on service quality and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, answering questions, and supporting inventory and merchandising efforts while maintaining orderly displays and a clean sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to count, sort, and verify numbers.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sell merchandise and advise customers on price and features.
• Provide product knowledge and suggest accessories.
• Assist customers in ordering specialized merchandise as needed.
• Receive and display merchandise per policies and standards.
• Answer telephones and handle routine inquiries.
• Perform floor maintenance and monitor merchandise condition.
• Prepare and participate in inventory cycle activities.
• Move material using handling equipment including forklifts where required.
• Support management with other duties related to customer service and merchandising.
