Job summary

D&B Supply is seeking a full-time Retail Associate to staff the sales floor in Oregon. You will welcome customers, assist with product selection, stock shelves, and support floor merchandising. This role requires strong customer service, ability to lift merchandise, and teamwork to meet store goals.

The position emphasizes product knowledge in clothing, footwear, and accessories, with duties including inventory, checkout support, and receiving shipments. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail floor sales techniques and procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to sort, count, and verify numbers; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Sell merchandise and advise customers on price and features.
• Provide merchandise knowledge and recommend accessories.
• Assist customers in ordering specialized merchandise as needed.
• Receive and display merchandise following policies and standards.
• Answer telephone inquiries and maintain store appearance.
• Move materials with handling tools and operate forklifts if required.
• Participate in inventory cycle activities.
• Support resets, remodels, and other product handling tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
