Responsibilities

• Establish new accounts and clientele for Foundation Title and Escrow Series, LLC.
• Develop relationships to grow the current client base and maintain existing accounts.
• Submit weekly prospecting/sales reports to management.
• Provide processing support (CDs, ALTA Settlement Statements, etc.) as needed.
• Conduct closings professionally and provide post‑closing support to escrow officers.
• Attend networking events and coordinate Realtor Lunch and Learns.
• Collaborate with leadership on special events and campaigns.
• Manage title and escrow files to meet closing deadlines.
