Job summary

Target is seeking a Closing Team Leader to oversee end-of-day routines and guest experiences in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead the team through closing procedures, ensure guest satisfaction, and support store profitability while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

You will participate in training and development, with emphasis on teamwork, accountability, and effective communication to meet daily goals and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Problem solve and prioritize across multiple business areas to execute store strategies as initiated by the Store Director or Executive Team Leader to deliver business results and store sales goals while prioritizing the guest experience.
