Job summary

Target in Michigan is seeking a Closing Team Leader to supervise guest services and daily store operations, driving sales and coaching team members to deliver a exceptional guest experience. You will coordinate closing routines, maintain safety and policy compliance, and work with leadership to maximize store profitability.

You will lead by example, develop staff, manage workload, and ensure readiness for the next business day while upholding Target's standards and values.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or guest services preferred.
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach team members to deliver excellent guest service.
Drive storewide sales and profitability in coordination with leadership.
Oversee closing routines and store operations to ensure safety and compliance.
Develop staff through onboarding, training and feedback.
Ensure departments are properly zoned, stocked and labelled for the next day.
Address guest needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
