Job summary

Target is seeking a Closing Team Leader to drive guest service and store performance during closing routines. You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and ensure safe, efficient store operations while maintaining a welcoming guest experience. Training focuses on service excellence, safety, and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to store-wide POS and inventory processes, including OPU/Drive-up where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
