Target is seeking a Closing Team Leader in Minnesota to oversee nightly closing operations, coach team members, and ensure guest-focused service. You will help drive store performance, manage routines, and model safe, compliant store execution.

You will lead with inclusivity, communicate effectively, and coordinate with leadership to hit sales goals while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and age 18+.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate across devices and use scanners.
• Ability to work independently and as a team; flexible hours.
• Strong guest-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities
