Job summary

Truist's Grandbridge division in Frisco, TX, is seeking a Closing Specialist to perform commercial/multifamily closing tasks and support related departments. You will review due diligence, insurance, borrower organization, and loan documents, and ensure compliance and timely funding.

You will build strong relationships with business, legal, and servicing teams, manage risk, and uphold Truist's policies and procedures while promoting a collaborative, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and strong academic record.
• Able to perform commercial/multifamily closing responsibilities with adequate training.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Sound decision making and risk analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Perform closing functions for Grandbridge and provide assistance to other departments as requested by Grandbridge Head of Closing.
• Complete closing duties including due diligence review, insurance review, borrower organizational review, loan document review and modification, and funding submissions.
• Develop relations with business, legal and servicing contacts at agencies and other lenders/investors.
• Assist servicing/asset management with problem assets and borrower requests.
• Promote risk management and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
