Layne's Chicken Fingers in Ohio is seeking a hands-on leader to manage and motivate hourly teams across front- and back-of-house operations. You will ensure staff are trained, operate the POS confidently, and maintain high standards during fast-paced shifts.

The role emphasizes developing people, maintaining a positive guest experience, and upholding clean and organized spaces while leveraging coaching opportunities to drive performance.
