Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Birmingham who will lead the closing shift, run operations when management isn’t on site, and work side-by-side with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage multiple roles, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold brand standards.

You’ll coach crew members, train new hires, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities into higher roles.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant/retail/hospitality experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
