• Ability to operate equipment in the department in a safe and effective manner.
• Effective time management skills, strong work ethic and integrity.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on department needs, overnight shift 8pm–4:30am.

Responsibilities

• Prepare entrees and other food items and package for sale.
• Prepare specialty sandwiches and catering trays as needed.
• Maintain department cleanliness and prep.
• Provide counter service to customers and assist with food prep.
• Follow food safety procedures and rotate stock properly.
