Job summary

Educare of Omaha, Inc. is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher Aide to join our closing teaching team. You will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in delivering a developmentally appropriate program from 9:00 a.m.

to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a $1.00 per hour closing shift differential. Starting compensation begins at $16.49+ per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits that include paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and opportunities for CDA certification and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active CDA or willingness to obtain.
• Two years early childhood experience in a group setting preferred.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.
• Support teachers in language, literacy, and cognitive development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Communicate with families and participate in child transitions.
