Closing Room Representative at Performance Title & Settlement, Inc.

with our VIP clients?

Performance Title & Settlement is looking for a seasoned representative to help our

customers understand and sign loan documents.If you have the right personality and

experience dealing with people in a professional environment, we will train you to

execute the settlement sessions required to complete a real estate transaction.

The ideal person must enjoy working with the public, possess extraordinary

communication skills, and exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence.

We pay a flat rate per closing (30-60 minutes), rather than a salary or hourly wage.

Pay is $25-$50 per session, depending on the closing type.
