Responsibilities

• Close the kitchen shift from 2pm to close (10:30pm) with oversight of daily operations.
• Oversee inventory management and food safety compliance.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met across all briefs.
• Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate a high-performing kitchen team.
• Hands-on management of daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
