Chick-fil-A Pelican Plaza in Sarasota, FL is seeking a PM Kitchen Director with previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience. This full-time role covers evening shifts (2pm-11pm most days) with a minimum of five night shifts per week.

You will lead kitchen operations, ensure food safety, train staff, and foster a positive team culture. The position requires weekend availability, Sundays off guaranteed, and potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience required.
• PM (night shift) role with minimum 5 night shifts per week.
• Must be fully available and able to work weekends (Fri/Sat) and various shift lengths.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen operations during evening/night shifts.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
• Train and develop team members to achieve their best.

• Participate in daily high-volume restaurant operations.
