Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange is seeking a Closing Keyholder / Sales & Hospitality Associate for RHB, part-time or full-time. You will lead evening closings, manage keys and alarms, handle cash, and ensure guest experiences are memorable as you drive sales.

Applicants should have prior Keyholder or closing shift leadership experience, with a passion for hospitality, tea and culinary discovery. Weekend coverage is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous Keyholder / closing shift-lead experience REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Create Memorable Guest Experiences by welcoming guests and guiding product discovery.
• Turn Hospitality Into Sales through confident engagement and thoughtful recommendations.
• Own the Close by leading the closing shift, securing the store, reconciling registers and completing procedures.
• Protect the Guest Experience while getting things done through balance of service, replenishment and cleanliness.
• Lead by Example with clear communication and initiative, contributing to a positive team environment.
