Job summary

Capricorn Holdings in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Closing Keyholder / Sales & Hospitality Associate to lead the store during evening closing shifts. This role blends hospitality with sales, requiring energy, reliability, and responsibility with cash handling and security.

You will train on systems, welcome guests, help them discover products, and ensure closing procedures are completed accurately. Weekend availability and prior keyholder experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous Keyholder experience is REQUIRED.
• Opening and/or closing a location.
• Keys, alarms and store security.
• Cash handling and register reconciliation.
• Leading a shift when senior management is not present.
• Handling routine guest/customer escalations.
• Ensuring closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create Memorable Guest Experiences - Warmly welcome guests, start conversations and help people discover products.
• Turn Hospitality Into Sales - Engage guests, uncover interests, recommend products and drive sales.
• Own the Close - Lead the shift, direct closing priorities and reconcile registers.
