Job summary

Capricorn Holdings in Rehoboth Beach is seeking a Closing Keyholder / Sales & Hospitality Associate for PT/FT. You will help close shifts, safeguard cash and alarms, and lead a team in the absence of management while delivering warm guest experiences around our culinary products.

You're expected to provide weekend/closing coverage, drive hospitality to sales, and uphold store standards with reliability and good judgment.

Qualifications

• Previous Keyholder experience required (retail or hospitality).
• Experience with closing procedures and security is essential.
• Ability to lead a shift when senior staff are not present.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the location; manage keys and alarms.
• Lead a shift in absence of management; supervise staff.
• Reconcile registers and ensure accuracy of cash handling.
• Balance hospitality with efficient service and up-sell when appropriate.
• Protect guest experience while completing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
