Northern Management Group is hiring closing crew members (18+) to join our Dunkin’ locations network. Immediate openings available for both PT and FT roles, with a focus on guest service and teamwork.

Roles include sandwich making, food preparation, money handling, and maintaining cleanliness. We offer competitive pay up to $16/hr plus tips, paid training, benefits, and internal career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Adult 18+ due to child labor laws.
• Friendly team player with focus on guest service.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Willingness to follow Dunkin standards.
• Willingness to work until closing and complete cleaning/stocking.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and food items.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance till.
• Close the store and complete cleaning and stocking before leaving.
• Assist with opening duties and daily operational tasks.
